We don't use couriers. Most houseplant companies do, meaning plants arrive having been moved from A to B to C to U. Your plants come direct to us, are inspected upon arrival and then readied immediately to be hand delivered by ourselves direct.

Because we hand-deliver and have extensive experience in handling all sizes of trees and plants, we're able to offer larger specimens than most direct to you.
