Delivery lead time: up to 7 working days based on order volume / schedule.

We are very pleasant, reasonable and accommodating people who wake each day to give you service with a smile. However, we know from our work in the Events field that consideration for any issues with building access isn't always top of the agenda. Please consider any problems that may occur prior to ordering, e.g. if you want a large weighty plant/tree, live on the 26th floor but have no sizeable lift. We reserve the right to consider our delivery duty to you to be to your building door. Anything more is entirely up to our discretion.
If in doubt, just give us a shout before purchase to make sure.
Restricted Parking Premises
If our team are required to deliver your order via a loading bay or there are security barriers, please prepare us in advance, preferably on an order note. We will happily provide you with a driver name and vehicle registration number. It is your responsibility to book our drivers in ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a missed delivery.
Not going to be in?
Add a note at checkout for our delivery driver with instructions on where (and with whom) to leave your items in a specified safe location. We will photograph and document where the order has been left .
If you've already ordered and are expecting a delivery but have a change of plan meaning you can't receive the order, please call us ASAP on 020 8398 8813.
Our delivery team will not ask you to sign for deliveries and will maintain social distancing. We'll look to place smaller orders on your doorstep for you to take indoors. For larger plants that need to be brought inside, we'll be happy to help subject to our assessment of your building access.
