PLANTS: We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your plant(s) to request a return.
NON PLANT ITEMS: We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return, provided it’s unused with original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
We love our plants and we want you to be nothing short of delighted with your purchase.
We're with the plants from arrival with us to you, giving them the care and attention they need; so we're confident nothing will come to you sub standard.
If however you’re unhappy with your plant purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days with your order number for a refund or exchange, provided you’ve been following our care instructions.
N.B. The images we have associated with each plant are provided by their grower. Plants of course are living things, so naturally there will be some variation from the presented image in both size and shape. Please know that we make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible matches the plant as it appears on our website, in the size you have chosen and of course in perfect health.
If you think your plant arrived unhealthy, please detail the issue and include a photograph when you contact us. We'll ask some questions to understand how you’ve been looking after it to best diagnose the problem. We'll always do our best to help you get your plant back to full health. If we can’t fix the problem, we will provide a replacement or refund.
For all non-plant items, you have up to 30 days to request a refund, provided it’s unused with original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
To be eligible for a return / refund, your planter must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item is faulty or damaged, then we will arrange collection of the item(s) from you.
If you have simply changed your mind, then we will try our best to collect your plant / planter but where that is not possible return costs are your responsibility.
Refunds will only be made via the same payment method used on the original purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase with us for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation within 14 days, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them according to our plant care guidelines.
